So often as caregivers, we forget who we are and forget that for our family to flourish, we need to look after ourselves. We can’t put ourselves last and expect to feel our best.

I offer online support and actionable nutrition for mums, a safe space to talk about motherhood, and clinical, evidence-based nutrition to help you feel your best. You are so important. Being witnessed, held, and helped is the way to reclaim your vitality.

FAQs

  • We will talk over Zoom for 60 mins and I’ll ask you lots of questions about your health, lifestyle, your goals, and what is happening for you in your life. For the final 15 mins, we’ll come up with a plan together of how to move forward, and any tests that you might need.

  • Yes, and no. Blood tests for hormones need to be done on certain days in your cycle so if you have just had blood tests done I would love to see them, if you can wait until we’ve had our first session together so I can go over the specifics of what to ask for and when to get them done, you don’t have to do it twice.

  • This depends on what your goals are. Ideally, We will have our first and second consultation 2-3 weeks apart and then can spread out appointments by 6 or more weeks depending on how you’re feeling.
